Ski Jumping

Ski jumping is a nordic skiing discipline. The athletes descend the the jumping ramp (in-run) to the take-off table where they jump and fly to cover a distance as large as possible over the landing hill. Each jump is evaluated by five judges according to the distance traveled and the style performed. Although predominantly a winter sport, ski jumping can also be performed in the summer. Alge-Timing offers the complete equipment for a ski jumping venue; wind velocity and direction measuring devices, display boards, judges' terminals and many more.
