Ski Jumping

Ski jumping is a discipline of Nordic skiing in which athletes descend a takeoff ramp (the inrun), jump from the end of it with as much power they can and fly as far as possible down a steeply sloped hill. The winner is decided on a scoring system based on distance, style, inrun length and wind conditions by five judges. Though predominantly being a winter sport, it can also be performed in summer. Ski jumping is also one of two sports of the Nordic combined discipline.

Alge-Timing can supply the required equipment for the complete ski jumping facility: wind speed and direction measuring devices, display board, judging consoles and many more
