Changes made in the Timy-User-Program ====================================== 25.03.2008 V 0833 ================= 25.03.2008 V 0832(2) ==================== GSM-Conncection: bug fixed: STOPWATCH: No times were transmitted, despite the modem had sent "CONNECT 9600", that means that the connection is ok. "COMMANDER"->"COUNTDOWN": bug fixed: Entering the intervall time is OK. Commandset: New command "PRI" The "PRI"-command is equal to the command "PRINTER". "COMMANDER"->"2 COUNTERS": bug fixed: When entering a start-value, unpredictable numbers appeared on the display. 14.03.2008 V 0832 ================= "STOPWATCH": Connecting two Timys over RS232: known bug: You cannot change a start-time, when its bib has already a finish-time. 13.03.2008 ========== "STOPWATCH": Connecting two Timys over GSM or RS232: By editing a finish-time you can assign a finish-time to an already started bib, which has not yet a finish-time. This finish-time will also be transmitted to the other Timy. By editing a run-time you can assign a run-time to an already started bib, which has not yet a run-time. This run-time will also be transmitted to the other Timy. 13.03.2008 ========== "TERMINAL": grafic bug fixed: On the fonts oem6_8 and Times13 the characters have different widths. If the mask is defined as "00:00" and with the the keys 0 to 9 a value is entered, then the bug occured. On the font Ti8_10 this bug didn't occure, as long as ":", ";", ",", "." were used. (terminal.c set_kurser()) 06.03.2008 V 0831 ================= GPS-Synchronization: bug fixed: It could happen that 2 Timys were exactly 1,0000 s differently synchronized. Now it works properly with all configured gps-devices. Regardless to the width of the PPS-signal(20ms to 980 ms). If the gps-device has captured the sats, the Timy checks the PPS-signal and prints out a warning if the channel 0 (connected to the PPS-signal) is permanently LOW or HIGH. 18.02.2008 V 0825 ================= "COMMANDER"->"SAFE DRIVING" Delaytime can be set from 00-99 tenth. You can set the direction as follows: LEFT, RIGHT, ACCIDENT and BLANK. 15.02.2008 V 0823 ================= "SPEED": delaytime: If it is 0, then the result will be shown until a next measuring is started. Otherwise only until elapsing of the delaytime, then the displayboard goes to BLANK. The GAZ, which address is 1 shows always the best result, and will never be deleted(BLANK). 14.02.2008 V0822 ================ "STOPWATCH": Printer: If the printer was turned off during a race (eg. change of a new paper), and then the printer was turned on again, the times will be printed out, which may have arrived meanwhile. This is for the 1. and further heats. But in this version no disqualified times will be printed out, becaus of technical reasons. If the are still needen, you can get them by sending the "RSM"-command by a pc. 12.02.2008 V0821 ================ "COMMANDER"->"SAFE DRIVING": controlling for a special RTNM-display board. 06.02.2008 V0811 ================ "TRAINING REF" bug fixed: After a certain amaount of times are in the memory, a hangup occured. 23.01.2008 V 07C4 ================= "COMMANDER"->"COUNTDOWN": The running tenth can be truned on and off. "TIMY": If you turn on the TED-correction at the Timy, it will be printet out on the printer. TED-correction: YOu can set the Timy, that eg. at channel 0 a TED-RX is connected. Usually each arriving measuring impulse, which comes from the TED-RX is delayed with 0,1 s. That means that the runtime must be corrected. You can set the Timy to correct the time automatically, each channel can be set seperately. An automatically corrected time, will be marked with a 'T' (Source->TED). 16.01.2008 =========== "SPEED" bug fixed: When the the max. measuring poeriod was exceeded ,then the result ist 0,0 and will be displayed at display and display board. "COMMANDER-COUNTDOWN": When a countdown is elapsed, then you can by pressing CLR-button and then F0-button, reset the coundown to ist start-value, which is visible at the display and the display board. 17.12.2007 V 07C3 ================= KEYBOARD-LOCK "KEYB-LOCK=>123456" also at critical situations always visible. 12.12.2007 ========== "KEYBOARD-LOCK": If a new timing-impulse arrives during the keyboard-lock, then the text "KEYB-LOCK=>123456" was no longer visible at the lowest display line. 10.12.2007 V 07C2 ================= "CYCLESTART": During the countdown-stage, the relais in the GAZ is always on, so the HORN-Signal from the Timy goes directly to the loudspeaker of the GAZ. without any delay up to 0,1s. 07.12.2007 V 07C1 ================= "COMMANDER"->"STARTDISPLAY": With the buttons F0,F1,F2 and F3 the running time can be stopped. The buttons were labeled with "HALT" (on the display at the lowest line). Now it says "STOP". "DISPLAY-BOARD: DLINE and GAZ": After an update the baudrate is 2400. So is it, when the user set the Timy to its STANDARD-setting. "DISPLAY-BOARD:DLINE software-version V3.5 and higher": On a DLINE with software-version V3.5 and higher the following settings are possible: The DLINE can be used in 6 modes. The value will be remained after switching off and on. The user can set the baudrate at the TIMY and at the DLINE to 2400, 4800, 9600 or 19200 baud. The value will be remained after switching off and on. The user can set the value for DLINE's TIMEOUT and the address. TIMEOUT: 00 ==> for ever 01 ==> 10s 02 ==> 20s 99 ==> 990s address: 00 ==> no adressing 01 ==> address 1 10 ==> address 10 bug fixed: mainly druing the adjusting of the quartz the bug 0.01 seconds happened. It is still recommanded to make an update. "TIMY": Each channel can be set to correct the time, if an TED-RX is connected to this channel. See "menu"->"channels"->"internal"->"ted-correction" The bib can be entered over the serial port or usb. generally :"#1234" for all programs, exceptions are described below. "STOPWATCH":"#1234C0" for start-window "#1234C1" for finish-window "DUALTIMER": The bib can be entered over the serial port or usb with this command: "#1234b" "#1234r" "#1234l" "COMMANDER"->"STARTDISPLAY": default: SEMI-AUTO Menu: There are 3 possible settings for AUTMATIC: COMMANDER-PROG START-DISPLAY AUTOMATIC FULL : If green-stage elapsed ==> red-stage: red-time is running If yellow-stage elapsed ==> green-stage: green-time is running SEMI-AUTO : If green-stage elapsed ==> red-stage: red-time at reset-value If yellow-stage elapsed ==> green-stage: green-time is running SEMI-MANUAL: If green-stage elapsed ==> red-stage: red-time at reset-value If yellow-stage elapsed ==> red-stage: red-time at reset-value In the menu the user can set if the yellow-time count up or down. After an udpate: yellow-time counts down. The red- and green-time counts always sown. CONTRAST: bug fixed: setting the contrast for the DLINE: the command didn't work at any time. "STOPWATCH": If a time is arrived by an external device, the bib-automatic for start and finish is not active. "COMMANDER:FOOTBALL" and "GAELIC FOOTBALL": bug fixed: The play-time shall stop automatically a at 45 min or 90 min. bug fixed: If a TImy receives a time from an other Timy over a GSM-connection, then on the usb-interface the time was sent twice instead of only once. "TRAINING-LIGHT": The output of the runtimes to the serial port/usb is now with full resolution. "FOOTBALL": If you enter a new play-time, the scor will be deleted automatically. #define _HW_RELOAD Timer 3 is automatically reloaded by T4. External printer: bug fixed: If an external printer is connected to the Timy, no datas were sent to it. bug fixed: If the technician switches from internal to external printer, a hang up happened. "WINDSPEED": bug fixed: If the display board was deleted, then the points were still visible at the DLINE. "GPS": If a gps-device is connected, during powering up, it will be automatically detected by the Timy, if they have the same baud-rate. Then the synchrisation-sequence will be done, and the the "times clear/save"-sequence. "TRAINING-REF","TRAINING-LIGHT","LAPTIMER": bug fixed: if "2nd"-button was pressed shortly, at the lowest line of the display "DIST SEX" appereared. "TRAINING-REF": bug fixed: If at the start-position the speed was requiered, then the number of runners was count twice instead of once, which was visible at the printout. For the speed-measuring the distance can be set to 5m, 10m or 20m. After an update it is 10m. 20.07.2007 Version V0777 ======================== public version 13.07.2007 Version V0776 ======================== "STOPWATCH": If a STN has not yet started, then on the display board the time 0:00 without the dot after the STN will output. (The dot after the STN would mean: running time) (The letter 'C' after the STN would mean: stopped finishtime) "123 0:00.00 " correct data format. "123. 0:00.00 " former not properly data format, dot means running time "FOOTBALL": One more setting for controlling the display board (abbr. GAZ): 2 addressed GAZ each has 6 Digits, toggle switch in middle position: GAZ '1': Playtime "MM:SS" or Daytime "HH:MM" GAZ '2': Home (left alligned) and Guest (right alligned) each has 3 digits "HHHGGG" GAZ '1': Playtime "MM:SS" or Daytime "HH:MM" GAZ '2': Home (left alligned) and Guest (right alligned) each has 2 digits "HH GG" 09.07.2007 Version ================== "WINDSPEED": If a average measuring is completed (5s, 10s or 13s), the result will be displayed at the display board, AND after elapsing the delay time, the display board goes to blank. If the delay time is set to zero, then the display board will not be cleared. You have to start a new measuring or go the NORM-mode (one measuring per second). 09.07.2007 Version V 0773 ========================= "PC-TIMER" bug fixed: If you resynchronize the Timy with "2nd" + CLR, and prior to trigger the channel 0, you send additionaly the command "SYNM00:00:00.0000", then it could happen that the Timy started from 13 minutes instead from 00:00:00.0000. "BACKUP","PC-TIMER" bug fixed: If the Timy is supplied with external power, it could happen, that the the min-sync triggered with OKred and OKgreen was not exactly at the min-jump. 06.07.2007 Version V 0772 ========================= The LOGO is shown at the display, if "PRINTER-MENU"->"START-LOGO"->"ON" is on, regardless the external power supply. 04.07.2007 Version V 0771 ========================= "TERMINAL": running chain as before: You can connect one or more new Timys additionally to the running chain. The Mater-Timy automatically sets the addresses. If 1 slave is missed, then the missing one must be reconnected (with the same address), before you can connect completely new slaves. If 1 slaves is missed, and a new slave is connected, which has not the same address, then the new one will not detected by the Master-Timy. You have to reconnect the missing slave. One slave removed, then and a new one (address = 0) an the missing one are reconnected simultaneously, ==> OK. 02.07.2007 Version V 076c ========================= "PC-TIMER": With the buttons "2nd" + CLR or with the command "SYNMhh:mm:ss.zhtZ" the Timy will be resynchronized, the time will be output on rs232, usb and display board. The new time will not be stored in the RTC-chip. The digits behind the comma, are set to 0. "BACKUP": "Running tenth" If you toggle to the menu, then the time will be shown at the display board continously without any missing tenth. "TRACKTIMER": In the lowest line of the display, you can see "DIST SEX": You can enter the distance and the sex(FEMALE,MALE,MIXED) as a printer notification. distance: from 0 to 9999 m. "COMMANDER"->"ATTEMPT-STARTNUMBER-WIDTH": To the display board with the address 'A' the attempt and STN also will be displayes. 14.06.2007 Version V 076a ========================= "COMMANDER"->"FOOTBALL": If the playtime has elapsed, then the channel 0 is pulled down to LOW for 3 s. (as channel 3 already does). 13.06.2007 Version V 0761 ========================= "TERMINAL": All 10 seconds the Master-Timy looks for new connected Timys. New command: "TERFFX1" enables the Timy to write "Transmitting.." after the OK-button was pressed. default and after any update it is set to "TERFFX0" that means off. Attention: When you remove a SLAVE from the running chain, and reconnect it, go sure that the address is the same. This version has 2 advantages: 1.) Sending commands from the pc to the Timys works 33% faster. 2.) Sending datas from the Timys to pc works much faster "TRACKTIMER": Under construction: In the lowest line on the display, you can see "DIST SEX". You can enter with the F0-button the distance, and with the F1-button the sex (femail/mail/mixed). The entered item will be printed out. 22.05.2007 ========== "Backup","PC-TIMER": bug fixed: If you set channel 0 to OFF after an resynch ("2nd" + "CLR"), then the internal (START-button) and the external (plug) channel 0 are set to OFF. "Tennis": It is not possible the go to the test-mode accidently. The Timy requieres a confirmation. 14.05.2007 ========== bug fixed: After have leaved a menu, on which a value had to be entered. then the buttons "0" to "92 are without any function. also the buttons "arrow up" and "arrow down are without any function. 11.05.2007 Version V 0757 ========================= "TENNIS" : minor corrections 11.05.2007 Version V 0756 ========================= "TENNIS" 3 small corrections in the "Best of 3 Sets" 1.) Champion-Tiebreak: In the 3. set the display board doesn't show 0 to 0 but BLANKS. 2.) If you directly enter a new score, and you have been in the Champion Tiebreak just before, then the score was not shown correctly. 3.) If a player has won 2 sets, then the game is immediately over. 10.05.2007 Version V 0755 ========================= "STOPWATCH": bug fixed: precision 1 /10000s In the memory window there was sometimes a minor grafic bug. 08.05.2007 Version V 0754 ========================= "TENNIS" "Best of 3 set": If you come to the 3.set, the Timy automatically sets correctly who has service. If the scores of both player is equal after the 2. set, then the score will be sent immediately to the display boards, then the Timy asks the user: "Champions Tiebreak / 3.Set" 07.05.2007 Version V 0753 ========================= "TRAINING LIGHT": The user can work in the second-mode. "TRACKTIMER": bug fixed: If the user changes the bib with the OK-button, the nonaddressed displayboard will not be set to 0:00. 04.05.2007 Version V 0752 ========================= "TENNIS": The score will be sent to the RS232 at each change of the score. 02.05.2007 Version V 0751 ========================= "TERMINAL": Bug fixed: Eg "TERFFT1ART=1" causes the Timy to answer with "NOTTERFFT1A=1". The "NOT" may not appear in the answer-string. Because the datas "RT=1" are viewed as a command, "NOT" will also sent to the pc. "RT=1" is not a command in this case , but it is data, which should be displayed at the Timy's display. "WINDSPEED": The command "SP2" is only in this program possible. "STOPWATCH": The command "DIRECT" is only in this program possible. The command "DIS" is only via "USB" possible. 26.04.2007 Version V 0745 ========================= "TRAINING REF": If the runner doesn't pass the finish, a TIMEOUT message will be sent also to the Rs232 and USB channel. "STOPWATCH","DUALTIMER": Bug fixed: If there is only one start-time in the memory, and this time will be cleared, then a reset can occure. If this time is the only one in the memory and you switch the Timy off and on, after the synchronization alos a reset can occure. 18.04.2007 Version V 0743 ========================= "DUALTIMER": Printer-printout: FT was standing at the position, where RT was expected. 17.04.2007 Version V 0742 ========================= "WINDSPEED": measuring results are also sent to USB, not only to rs232. 13.04.2007 Version V 0741 ========================= "WINDSPEED": All messages are also sent to USB. RS232: commands: N,H,W,L,A USB : commands: "SP2" + N,H,W,L,A The commands look different, regarding from which data-channel RS232 or USB they were sent. Apart from that, they are identically. "TIMY" bug fixed: When editing a time, one position after nach blinking character, some pixel were erased in the lcd. This bug occured only at small font (6x8 pixel). "TRACKTIMER", "TRAINING LIGHT", "STOPWATCH", "DUALTIMER": bug fixed: If the customer print out or read out the memory accidently, when it is empty, then a endless list with unvalid daytimes were printed out. "CYCLESTART": bug fixed: If the customer print out or read out the memory accidently, when it is empty, then a endless list with unvalid daytimes were printed out. DRUCKER: If prior to switching on the Timy, the cover of the printer is opened, and later during the race it will be closed, the printer works correctly. "CLASSEMENT"->"KLASSE": Most customer want to print out not only one class, but aftewards go on printing out more classes. Therefore the it is desired to stay in the class menu, after you have printed out one class. "TRAINING-LIGHT": "CLASSEMENT->CLASS" e.g. from 1 to 1: All times with this bib should be printed out and sent to the rs232. "TRAINING-REF": "CLASSEMENT->CLASS" e.g. from 1 to 1: All times with this bib should be printed out and sent to the rs232. That regards not only "MEMORY PRINT"->"START" but also "MEMORY PRINT"->"PRINT DAYTIME". Connection: TIMY<->TIMY via RS232 is in this program not possible. Gsm-Functions are also not possible in this program. 14.03.2007 Version V073b ZW =========================== "TRAINING-REF": Max measuring time for speed was extendef from 2s to 4s. That way the min. speed is no longer 18km/h but 9km/h. (distanc remains constan at 10 m. 10m/4s = 2.5 m/s ==> (*3.6) = 9 km/h "PRINTER" bug fixed: When you print out a large number of lines (memory read out), sometimes some lines were not printed out, so at classement. Sometimes the printer hasn't switched off after classement print out. "PARALLELSLALOM": bug fixed: If the start and finish impulse comes close together, then at the lcd the R or B mark ( who is the winner) was not displayed. "STOPWATCH": F1=CLEAR removed in FINISH-TIME-EDIT and RUN-TIME-EDIT mode. 19.02.2007 Version V 0730 ZW ============================ "TERMINAL": Also a SLAVE with its own power supplay can be removed and reconnected to the running chain. The master detects this automatically. restrication: If the MASTER-TIMY is removed out of the running chain, and the SLAVES remains powered on, and you Switch off an in the MASTER-TIMY, then the MASTER views the running chain as completely, but in the HW-ID list the samy HW-ID occurs more than one time. So you shoul avoid this special case. 19.02.2007 Version V 0729 ZW ============================ ("Hardware testprogram"->"SYSTEM": You can remove the SEIKO-Key.) 16.02.2007 Version V 0728 ========================= "PC-TIMER" and "BACKUP": Synchronizing quickly to 0:00:00.0 "2nd"+"CLR" => "Confirm: New start ?" "F0" or "F1" => Timy will be synchronized to 0:00:00.0 On display-board,RS232 and USB the time 0 will be output. After the start impulse, on the display board the time from 0.7s can be shown. There is a bit delay, because of technical reasons. On usb and rs232 the running time will be shown correctly in 0.1s steps. Also the display delaytime will be cleared. Throgh menu you can set if the channel 0 is active, after a resynchronization. "MENU"->"BACKUP"->"CHANNEL 0"->"OFF" "ON" After an update "MENU"->"BACKUP"->"CHANNEL 0" is "OFF". Deleting the display delaytime: You can delete a running display delaytime with the ok-button. Except a correction of the bib or time is in progress. or if you are in the memo-mode. If you change the mode (MEMO->NORM, or to the pc-timer-mode) the display delaytime will be deleted. Printer: In case of disturbance (paper empyt, cover removed) or interruption (Xoff), the printer is after the removal automatically ready to work. After an update all programs are switched on. You can switch on the printer, if external power supply exists or the Timy itself hasn't deactivated the printer. Bug fixed: When correcting a time in "PC-TIMER" a hangup can happen. 01.02.2007 Version V 07.21 ========================== Printer: At the first timeout the printer will be disabled. E.g. when the paper is empty. during printing many runtimes. In order to reenable the printer, you have to PRINTER-OFF and then PRINTER-ON in the printer-menu. "DUALTIMER": bug fixed, When the runners RED and BLUE start seperately, sometimes a displayboard remains blank. "TENNIS": New program. At the beginning you have to select the mode: "3 set" "5 set" "open end" "universal" In the ordinary mode: Point for GREEN: START-button or OKgreen Point for RED: STOP-button or OKred. To decide who has to service, there are theses keys: GREEN player: F0,F1,OKgreen and START-button RED player: F2,F3, OKred and STOP-button Keys in the ordinary mode: F2 : New match, or new score, or (when OPEN-END-prog:) new set. F3,CLR : Back: one step backward to the former score. Simultaneously with "2nd"-button you can go one step forward. "TRACKTIMER" bug fixed: E.g. display-delay time 30 s and before elapsing a new run should be startet, (Entering "STN..","OK", and START-channel) then the Timy has waitet until the display-delay time has elapsed, and afterwards the running time of the next run was shown. So it could be possible that a run starts from 6 s and not from 0s. bug fixed: CLASSEMENT->ALL->PRINT MEMORY->START: Only the start-times have benn sent. bug fixed: reading out the entire memory didn't work correctly. "TRAINING LIGHT": Then time-measuring impulses are not countered any longer in the rs232-interface: n0001 0001 C0 23:57:32.5054 02 <- STN 1 has started the second time. 0001 c2 00:00:01.25 02 nettotimes are marked with a small 'c'. 0001 c3 00:00:01.78 02 daytimes are marked with a large 'C'. 0001 c4 00:00:02.24 02 0001 c5 00:00:02.56 02 0001 c6 00:00:02.88 02 0001 c7 00:00:03.18 02 0001 c1 00:00:04.64 02 n0002 0002 C0 00:01:20.9589 01 <- STN 2 has started the first time. 0002 c2 00:00:00.69 01 0002 c3 00:00:00.92 01 0002 c1 00:00:01.73 01 n0003 n0001 0001 C0 00:01:28.4752 03 <- STN 1 has started the third time. 0001 c0 00:00:04.88 03 0001 c0 00:00:10.14 03 0001 c1 00:00:11.19 03 n0003 The last 2 digits was alwas 00. Now at the startime the run is displayes. So the pc-program knows immediately, which run is active. Getting the memory to rs232 and printer: With MENU-CLASSEMENT-ALL-PRINT MEMOEY the entire memory will be sent to rs232 and to the printer, as before. With MENU-CLASSMENT-CLASS-STN, only those times with this STN will be sent to rs232 and to the printer. With MENU-INTERFACE-RS232-SEND MEMORY the entire memory will be sent to rs232. E.g. You want to send only times with bib 3 to the rs232, without printer: First turn off the printer and MENU-CLASSEMENT-CLASS-STN 3. Then turn on the printer again. "2nd" + "PRINT" (simultaneously)->"PRINER-MODE"->"PRINTER ON" "PRINTER OFF" Switching to a new run was improved, the display shows less activity. E.G the display-delay-time is 90 s and the impulse for the finish-condition has come. Now you can switch to the next run, even before the delay-time has elapsed. "BACKUP","PC-TIMER": During the memo-mode the daytime will also be shown at the display-board, in the former version it was blank. All arriving times will be shown at the board for the time of the delay-time. "TENNIS", "FOOTBALL", "GAELIC FOOTBALL": Displaying the datime on the display-board: E.g. 00:00 h the one-digit of hours is zero the ten-digit is blank. There were blank in the former version. "USB" Live-Signal: consists of 16 bytes, the last is carriage return . ALso each data-packets are closed with a carriage return. "SEIKO"-Logo When powering up with an external power supply, the message "EXTERNAL POWER" doesn't appear, because it isn't needed. But when an external power suppy is connected to an already running Timy, with batteries, then the message will be displayed. "TRAINING-REF": When timinmg-impulses arriving, they will be immediately sent to rs232 and printer. protocoll for the rs232: "R0001 Str 15:06:53.7594 01" <- Last two digits: run, stn 1 has started the first time. "R0001 It1 0:10.42" "R0001 End 0:20.47" So far after the tenthousands-digit there was the carriage return. But now the pc-program knows immediately which run is active. "COMMANDER-FOOTBALL": When the playtime is finished, the channel 3 will be pulled down for 3 seconds, and the horn sounds for 3 seconds. "COMMANDER-STARTDISPLAY": At the display in the most below line, "HALT" appears. By pressing F0, F1, F2 or F3 you can stop the countdown without reseting it. You can let it run further with the START-button. Small bug fixed: font Small bug fixed: At the display board there must be the same text shown as at the lcd, when HALT was pressed. "BACKUP" After an update "STN*" is turned off. If desired, you have to turn it on, and then it will be stored in the eeprom, until the next update. After an update: PRINTER is "ON" TED-RX is "OFF", But in the program "TRAINING-REF" it is always "ON" and cannot be turned off. "STOPWATCH" format for display-board string Runtime with character 'C' Totaltime with character 'D' All programs: In "MENU"->"CHANNELS" there are 3 items now: "INTERNAL" "BEEP" "TED-RX"->"OFF" <--- new !!! "ON" <--- new !!! If "TED-RX"->"ON" then the Timy knows that an TED-RX is connected to it. cable with 3 wires :GND,RS232-RX and C5, 2400 baud. It is possibel to receive from up to 9 TED-TX, each is addressed with its switch, the timing-impulses. The TED-RX provides one data-byte and one timing-impulse. In the program "TRAINING-REF" this feature is always "ON". RS232,USB: Command "NSF?" or "TIMY-USB:NSF!!!" possible. USB: "bulk-transfer": also possible as before. USB: "intr-transfer": Also packets, which are longer than 16 bytes can be sent. "STOPWATCH": Starttimes can be inserted over rs232 or usb. Syntax: "SST 1234 C0 12:34:56.7890 00\r" The pc has to wait for the acknowledge of the Timy. before sending the next command. Only starttimes can be sent, no intermediate times, no memotimes, no runtimes. "TRAINING-LIGHT": Printer will be turned off, when printing the prog-name is finished. Checking if the finish-condition is ok, will no longer be done in the fast external interrupts. And then it reads on the display: "---------" 9 times MINUS. data format for the display board: "123 45 67 89 " "COMMANDER" After the program selection, the user can immediately select the subprogram. Until now that was not possible, the user had to select first COMMANDER, then the Timy jumped into the former subprogram, and only from that time, the user could select the subprogram Now it is more pleasant to select the subprogram. "COMMANDER" "CUL CULUIN" was renamed to "GAELIC FOOTBALL". "PARALLEL-SLALOM": Little correction when printing out. 07.03.2006 Version V 0631 ========================= "PARALLEL-SLALOM": New program Channel 0: Left, Blue Channel 1; Right, Red Only 1 heat possible No classement, just protocol You can clear a runner with CLR and restore it with "2nd"+"CLR". If the user changes to the 2. heat, and then he powers off and on the Timy, the user can select if the the runners want to start according to BIBO or STARTNUMBER. If the user doesn't clear the stored times at powering off, and there is one valid starttime or finishtime from the 2. heat, then the Timy asks the user to select the SAME or the NEXT HEAT, else the Timy asks the user, if he wants to start according to BIBO or STARTNUMBER. STOPWATCH: 2 new commands: "CALMT" You can calculate a classement of the memorytimes and output them. "RSRT<0 oder 1>" At the rs232 and at the usb you can switch off and on the runtimes- USB: If by usb a command was sent, and at the end of the data-packet there is a '?' then not always a cr is also sent. This depends on the current pc-program. Now the Timy was improved, that it can manage this case. e.g. "DTF?" To request the value of delaytime finish. But USB sends "DTF?000000000000" all zeros after '?'. The command-interpreter requieres a cr after the '?', therefore the TImy corrects internally. 31.01.2006 Version V 0614 ========================= Printer: bug fixed: If the paper is empty, or the printer is opened in order to insert a new paper, a current print-process will be interrupted. So far the Timy could do a reset. Any new print-commands are ignored now. If there is paper in the printer again, the user have to switch on the printer, by pressing "2nd" + "PRINTER" ->"PRINTER-MODE"->"PRINTER ON". 28.01.2006 Version V 0613 ========================= Commander: Countdown: bug fixed: countdown 0 cannot be entered. Commander: Countdown: bug fixed: If pressing the CLR-button, you can decide, if you want to reset the countdown or not. Then the OK-button didn't work. Speed: bug fixed: Somtimes the speed was not sent to the rs232. Tracktimer: Laptimer: Training Light: With the CLR-button a started runner can be erased. All times, which belong to this startnumber will also be erased. After pressing CLR, a confirmation is required. After erasing, the times are absolutely erased. rs232: Only the starttime will be marked and sent with 'c' (for cleared). PRINTER: as rs232 If the user wants to print out the memory later, the erase times doesn't exist any more. Tracktimer: The protocol at the rs232 is slightly different, just according if the times are sent ONLINE, or if they are sent afterwards. Therefore there is menu point at "MAIN-MENU"->"INTERFACE"->"RS-232"->"TRACK-MODE": ->"NORM" : protocol as described above. ->"IDENT" : protocol is exacty identical in both cases. Football: bug fixed: Triggering the dispay-board: Now the board will be triggered correctly at these modes: "6 DIG H- MM -G" "8 DIG H-MMSS-G" "8 DIG HH-MM-GG" Stopwatch: NEW: classement: Now you can calculate a memorytimes-classement, and send it to rs232, usb and printer. Stopwatch: startnumber-automatic at: "MAIN-MENU" -> "GENERAL" -> "STN-AUTOMATIC" -> "FINISH" -> "FINISH" was improved ! (It works exactly like the TdC). Stopwatch: bug fixed: If the memory is read out, with the commmand "RSM", and no times exist, then a endless list with unvalid times were printed out. TIMY: If a command is received by rs232 or usb, this data packet is internally terminated with character (ASCII 0). 18.01.2005 Version V 0612 ========================= Internal bug fixed: 17.01.2005 Version V 0611 ========================= Training-Ref: If the user selects through: "MENU"->"TRAINING-REF"->"SINGLE-STN"->"YES" the single-STN mode, then only those times will be shown, which belong to the selected start number Also no unvalid times will be shown. The program shows that the slope is free for the next competitor, by sounding the horn with 800 Hz for 1 second. (Der START-Kanal kann, muss aber nicht C0 bzw. die START-Taste sein). "COMMANDER"-"Countdown": The user can enter immediately a new countdown time, by pressing the buttons 0..9 and OK. Then you can see it at the display board and the display of the Timy. Then the countdwon can be started by pressing START. 04.01.2005 Version V 05C3 ========================= bug fixed: Italian and French language selection works correctly ! 21.12.2005 Version V 05C2 ========================= bug fixed: IF the user wants to get the classement over the USB, than the first time was missed, but on the rs232 it worked correctly. If the user wants to get the classement over rs232, than the first time was correctly sent on both USB and rs232. bug fixed: The present-string "TIM" + disturbed the transmission of the classement over the USB, Some characterw were overwritten. "COMMANDER" "FOOTBALL": Menu: So far, the user could switch beetween GAZ and TIMETEMP: "MENU"->"COMMANDER-PROG"->"FOOTBALL"->"BOARD"->"GAZ" "TIMETEMP" From now on there are in GAZ more options: ...->"BOARD"->"GAZ"->"6 DIG H- MM -G" ->"8 DIG H-MMSS-G" ->"8 DIG HH-MM--G" ->"STANDARD" (As before "HH MMSS GG") "COMMANDER": New subprogram "CONCENTRATION" Countdown program with up to 8 different countdowns, which count down every second (without thenth) e.g. bobsleigh, athletics "TRAINING-REF": error-detecting advanced: During setup a permanent trigger will be automatically detected, and the user can not press "NEW REF". You have to press "SETUP TESET" in ordder to check, which channel is permanently triggered. The user is forced to do a correct ref run. 02.12.2005 Version V 05C1 ========================= "TIMY": GPS-SYNC bug fixed: If the Timy prints out the ALGE-logo and an external power suppy is connected, then the sync doesn't work sometimes. "COMMANDER"-"FOOTBALL": New menu item: "MENU"->"COMMANDER-PROG"->"FOOTBALL"->"AUTOSTOP"->"NO" "YES" If "JA" then at countig up time, the time will be automatically stopped at 45 min and 90 min. Otherwise it counts up furtherly. bug fixed: If you change from the program "CUL CUILIN" to "FOOTBALL", the menu items "MASK" and "BOARD" were deacrivated. "TERMINAL": bug fixed If the master numerates all SLAVES the first time, then a grafic error occured at the display of the SLAVES. Now this error is fixed, because the standard font is OEM8_16. All characters of this font have the same width. Please note: You can choose the font with the command "TERFFF". The width of all characters are "OEM6_8" NOT EQUAL "TIMES13" NOT EQUAL "TI8_10" NOT EQUAL "OEM8_16" EQUAL "TRAINING-REF": 1.) 2 new menu items: "MENU"->"TRAINING-REF" "NEW REF-LAUF" (as before) "MEMORY CLEAR" NEW: You can erase the memory and then immediately a new ref run is started. To finish the SETUP-TEST, you can press either "NEW REF-RUN" or "MEMORY CLEAR" "MEAS-POINTS" (as before). 2.)error corrections improved. 3.)minor correction regarding powerint off the printer. 4.)bug fixed: It could happen, that at the ref-run a wrong runtime was calculated E.g. 23 hours instead of e.g 1 min 20 s. This error only occurs when you go alang this sequence: 1.NEW REF-RUN. 2.Power off and on a connected TED-RX OR when a undesired impulse meets the impulse-line OR the data line from the TED-RX to the TIMY has a bad connection, so that only the impuls gets to the TIMY but not the data byte 3.A channel directly at the Timy was triggered. 4.A channel was triggered at the TED-TX. NOTE: If you power off and an a connected to the TIMY and switched on TED-RX, a warnining will be printed out. The user can ignore this message, but it shows that the Timy has corrected the error automatically. But it can be helpfull, to find out if outer disturbing impulses meets the cable (TIMY-TEDRX). 5.)bug fixed: If you want to print out the memory, there were errors, which are fixed now. The errors occured when the user a.) changes the number of meas. points, and a competitor starts later with an already existing start number. b.) A run was broken off (not alle meas. points were passed) and a competitor starts later with an already existing start number. 09.11.2005 Version V 05B1 ========================= TRAINING-REF: minor correction of this bug: this sequence: enter STN with OK NEW REF Start-Impulse: At START-WINDOW : STN is shown. COMMANDER-FUSSBALL: HOME: also right aligned TERMINAL: The display of the Timy doesn't say SLAVE 01, SLAVE 02 but only TIMY 01, TIMY 02 e.g. TIMY 01 == ADDRESS == 1 If the MASTER-Timy sends back the received command to the pc, the pc can send IMMEDIATELY the next command. bug fixed: If the SLAVE has an active input-mask and the user presses rapidly CLR and OK, and the pc-program acknowledges each received data-packet with an command e.g T1A Text (Text at Line 1 Pos A), then a hang up could happen. MENU: In the "TERMINAL-MENU" there are these entrys: => "ADDRESS" => "MASTER/SLAVE" => "MASTER" => "SLAVE" An echo rejection was built in to prevent bus reflections. New command "B". eg "TER04B" to TIMY 4 a beep for 0,1 s is generated. bug fixed: If the MASTER has an address, which is not 1, the received command was not correctly done, if the pc-programm immediately after getting back the acknowledge, has sent the next command to to TIMY. 02.11.2005 Version V05A2 Intermediate ======================================== NEW PROGRAM: Subprogram of COMMANDER VARIANT OF FOOTBALL: cul(=goal) - cuilin(=points) NAME of the PROGRAM: "CUL-CUILIN" 28.10.2005 Version V05A1 Intermediate ======================================== "LAPTIMER": bug fixed: If the user wants to print out the whole memory, and ther are no times in the memory stored, many unvalid times were printed out. After an update the daytimes will be printed out by default. 21.07.2005 Version V 0572 ========================= CYCLESTART: Countdown improved, tone and switching of the digits of the displayboard happens simtaneaously Ago the tone happened slightly prior to switching the digits. bug fixed: when starting a new race, after the countdwon has elapsed, for a moment the old counter value was shown on the displayboard. 12.07.2005 Version V 0571 ========================== TERMINAL: The program "TERMINAL" was developed further. Definition: "Running data chain" or "Running chain" has at least 2 TIMYS: A MASTER-TIMY, which is connected to the pc, and a SLAVE-TIMY. Now is it possible to connect one or more TIMYS to a running chain. They get automatically the next free number at the and of the chain. The MASTER-TIMY stores the new length of the chain in its EEPROM, and sends this message to the pc e.g.: "TIMY 08 present" If there were 7 TIMYS before, the pc-program has to send the command "TERLIST" to get the new list. It is also possible to remove one TIMY out of the running chain and replace it by an other TIMY. The MASTER-TIME can manage this automatically. The MASTER-TIMY sends e.g. "TIMY 04 missing" and later "TIMY 04 missing" to the pc. The new connected TIMYS store their number in the EEPROM. Special cases on a running chain: 1.) Running chain: You can remove all SLAVES and reconnect them later. The MASTER-TIMY can manage this automatically. 2.) If is SLAVE is missing, it is possible to connect one or more new SLAVES to the chain. The SLAVES will get automatically their number. If you want to assign a special number to a SLAVE, you have to connect the SLAVES one by one. They get then a consecutive number. 3.) If only ONE SLAVE is missing, and new TIMYS are connected, then there are some special cases: 3.1.) ONLY ONE NEW SLAVE was connected: All ok, the missing one will be replaced, except you connect the same TIMY to the chain, and you have changed the number before receconnecting. 3.2.) MORE NEW SLAVES were connected: Important: E.g. TIMY 3 is missing, then 2 or more new connected TIMYS must not have the number 3. Otherwise all ok. 4.) If more than one SLAVE are missing, than you can reconnect one or more missing SLAVES at the same time. But it is not possible to connect one or more NEW SLAVES. To see the difference between a missing and a new TIMY: missing TIMY: The address (= number) (visible in the menu) is equal to the address of the missing TIMY. To get the address of the missing TIMY , the pc has to send the command "TERLIST". E.g. If the MASTER-TIMY sends "TIMY 02 missing", that means that at the missing TIMY at the menu "TERMINAL"->"ADDRESS" the value 2 is visible. new TIMY: e.g. "TIMY 02 missing": At the new TIMY: "TERMINAL"->"ADDRESS": Every value except 2 E.g. the new TIMY has the address 17 => no problem, the MASTER-TIMY assigns a correct address. E.g. the new TIMY has the address 1, there is already a TIMY with this address. => that is also no problem, since the MASTER-TIMY assigns a correct address. CYCLE-START: start-lights control for the display-board was built in. 16.06.2005 Version V 0563 ========================= TERMINAL: Minor correction for faster working when getting commands by the pc. PC-TIMER: bug fixed:If the Timy is connected to a pc through USB, it has led to a hangup if you remove the USB without terminating the pc program first. Minor bug fixed: grafic display: When starting the prokram version was shown in to large letters. Minor bug fixed:printer CYCLESTART: For signaling the final round, you can use a manuall button at channel 7: ==> horn sounds for 2,5 s at the "red" (GAZ '1') display board channel 6: ==> horn sounds for 2,5 s at the "green" (GAZ '2') display board CYCLESTART: Minor bug fixed at the output at the display board. TRAINING-LIGHT: Impulse-Counter: The number of the impulses remain stored in the EEPROM. TRAINING-LIGHT: Impulse-Counter: e.eg. delaytime = 5s impulses 5 Each time for an impulse is shown for 5 s. Even if all 5 impulses arrives e.g. within 10 s. After 5 s the display goes to the next stopped time. 10.05.2005 Version V 0552 ========================= TIMY: If you select the menu point "ALGE-STANDARD", then the runtime netto will be also sended also to the RS232. "Interface"->"RS232"->"MODUS": There are only 2 points now: "NETTO TIME OFF" "NETTO TIME ON " LCD: If a message appaers like zB "EXTERNAL POWER" then the old state of the lcd will be restored correctly PC-TIMER,BACKUP: MASS-START Through the menu "Menu"->"BACKUP"->"MASS-START" you can do a mass start. The Timy asks if the existing times can be erased. Then you can enter the OFFSET-TIME. From this time the mass start will take effect. Then the TIMY waits for the start impulse. PC-TIMER: bug fixed: If you are in the special mode and you press the red OK-buttone, then a wrong time will be printed out and written to the memory, if some timys were stored in the NORM mode ago. 02.05.2005 Version V 0551 ========================= TIMY: Standard-Baudrate is 9600 Baud GAZ: Also the 1/1000th of a second is shown on the display-board. GAZ: If a display-board will be erased, in the data string is no ':' and '.'. New subprogram at "COMMANDER": "START-DISPLAY" : For ski-jumping a display-board is controlled. which looks similarly to a traffic light. TIMY: Now you can synronize the Timy with a gps-device. Baudrate is 9600 Baud Only if a gps-deviece is connected to the Timy a gps-window will appear. Keyboard: F0: OK Timy will be syncronized when an valid gps-string (Letter 'A') arrives. The adjusted value of UTC will be stored in the EEPROM. F1:UTC- UTC-zone -1/2 hour. range -12 to +12 F2:UTC+ UTC-zone +1/2 hour. range -12 to +12 F3: NO No gps-syncronization wanted ==> Sync manually. LAPTIMER: You can turn on or off if you want to have the runtime on your printout by the menu "Menu"->"Laptimer"->"Print runtime". LAPTIMER,TRAINING LIGHT: YOu can turn on or off if you want to have the daytimes on your printout by the menu ("2nd"+"PRINTER-Button" simultaneously )->"Print daytime" LAPTIMER: bug fixed The runtime on the printout was not calculated correctly. "TRACKTIMER": Standard-Mode: When changing the startnumber all addressed display-boards are erased. 11.04.2005 Version V 0543 ========================= program "STOPWATCH and -LIGHT": If the delaytime is zero and a finish impulse arrives, then the runtime (and the totaltime in the 2nd heat) will be also sent to the displayboard. program "COMMANDER: Subprogram "COUNTDOUWN": minor bug of the display fixed. All programs: bug fiexed: If the printer is turned off, it is not possibel to print out a classement. So far this was possibele. program "TERMINAL": 1.) broadcast-command: execution time was increased. 2.) If oem6_8 font was chosen, you can write upt to 21 characters in one line But you have to make two transmissions zB "TERFFT1A12345" => "12345 " "TERFFT1F67890aabbccddee1" => " 67890aabbccddee1" leads to that on the lcd => "1234567890aabbccddee1" One transmisstion consists of max. 16 characters. 3.) bug fixed: If you send the command "TERFFC" before you have defined a mask, then the right half of the display was got out of place. 4.) bug fixed: Determining who is the master of the chain. If all TIMYS are SLAVES, and the user determines one SLAVE to be the MASTER. Later an other TIMY should become the MASTER. The user has to connect this TIMY to the PC and send the command "TERLIST" to the TIMY. So far the chains there was a hang up, when these conditions have been granted. Now this bug is fixed. 04.04.2005 Version V 0541 ========================= program "TERMINAL": Some improvements Description and commandset will come later. program "COMMANDER": New subprogram: "TACHOMETER" This program counts the impulses on channel 1 and calculates the value for the speed in km/h. You can set the distance between 2 impulses and the time for the refresh cyclus by menu. program "TRACKTIMER". "STANDARD-MODE" If the delaytime1 is zero, then the stopped times are not visible at the display, but they will be sent to the GAZ as usual. If the delaytime1 is not zero, the stopped times are shown for the delaytime1. Of course you can go to the next stopped time by pressing the red OK-button. program "PC-TIMER". bug fixed. At the display the SYNC-time for date and time. E.g. After you have set the deadtime in the menu, the SYNC-time for the time was not shown correctly. program "PC-TIMER". bug fixed. setting the deadtime program "STOPWATCH and LIGHT": bug fixed Editing the finish time for a runner, who is not yet in the finish, and that startnumber is not in the finish window of the display it has led to an unvalid printing at the printer. 18.02.2005 Version V 0521 ========================= New program: "TERMINAL" Replaces the former COMET program TERMINAL. The COMET has a mode, called "COMPUTER". The TIMY has only this mode. The command set is the same, in order to be compatible to existing pc programs. There is also a newer command set, because you can build a data chain up to 100 TIMYS. A detailed description will come on Monday Feb. 21st 2005. All programs: In the menu "MAIN-MENU"->"INTERFACE"->"DISPLAYBOARD"-"CONTRAST" you can set the contrast for the "D-LINE"-Displayboard. The range is from 0 to 9. When you press OK, the command will be sent to to displayboard. program: Commander Subprogram: Countdown In the menu "MAIN-MENU"->"COMMANDER-PROG"->"COUNTDOWN"->"GAZ-ADDESS" you can set the addresse for the displayboard. The range is from 0 to 10. 0 : no addressing (After an update, this is default). 1..10: board 'A' to 'J' program "PCTIMER": After an update the checksum ist off. You have to switch it on with "CHK1" again. Until the next update, it remains on. program "TRAINING REF": Running and stopped time is shown on the GAZ. The speed is not shown on the GAZ. program "BACKUP" : bug fixed When an timing-impuls arrives and you press immidiately the Ok-button, the OK-button was not entered. program "TRAINING-LITE": bug fiexed impulse-counter mode: When the Timy turns to a new run, sometimes it turns two steps forward instead of one step. Timy: This message was removed. If "EXTERNAL POWER" appears and the output-voltage ist lower or equal than 9.8 V "BATTERIES WILL NOT BE LOADED" will be displayed Timy: USB works with WIN XP and USB2.0: The enumeration is OK. The feature below was removed: When the message "EXTERNAL POWER" appears, and if the output voltage is equal or lower than 9.8 V then, also "BATTERIES WILL NOT BE LOADED" will be displayed. 28.10.2004 Version V 04.A4 ========================== 1.) New Program "COUNTDOWN": This program is a subprogram of "COMMANDER". It is a easy to use countdown program, which counts from HH:MM:SS max. 99:59:59 down to zero (more then 24 hours). You can choose by menu 3 modes: 1. HALT at 0 : If the countdown has elapsed => halt at 0. 2. HALT RESET: like 1. but the start vlaue will be displayed 3. CIRCLE : like 2. but the countdown is running further add to 1. HALT at 0: When the countdown has reached zero, you can set it to the start-value by pressing the STOP-button or channel 1. You can switch on or off the TIMEOUT by menu. If the TIMEOUT is on then: With channel 0 (START-button) you can start or continou the Countdown. With channel 1 (STOP-button) you can stop the Countdown. If the TIMEOUT is off, a running countdown cannot be interrupted. You can enter up to 3 INTERVALLS: no fractions of a second. see alse menupoints INTERVALL INTERVALL 2 INTERVALL 3 INTERVALL must never be 0, the others may be. If INTERVALL has elapsed, the next start value is those INTERVALL, which is not 0. e.g.: INTERVALL = 10s INTERVALL 2 = 22s If INTERVALL has elapsed, the next countdown will be started with 22 s. If this countdown has elapsed, the next countdown will be started with 10s 20.10.2004 Version V 04.A2 ========================== 1.) PC-TIMER: Now you can set the baudrate also to 9600 and 19200 Baud. 14.10.2004 Version V 04.A1 ========================== 1.) BACKUP, PC-TIMER: precision can be selected by menu. 14.10.2004 Version V 04.9A ========================== 1.) Wenn you output the memory through the menu CLASSEMENT->ALL->PRINT MEMORY, it will also be sent over the rs232 port. 2.) TRAINING REF: At the display unvalid times are better shown. Instead a STN four blanks are visible and a '-' at the channel. When a runner has started, the next STN is not immiatly shown. When the next runner is allowed to start, you can see the arrow, the next STN is shown at the start window 13.10.2004 Version V 04.99 ========================== 1.) PC-TIMER: Was extended Handling and remote commands , see also at file "Timy-Commandset-V14.XLS" 2.) TRAINING REF: default: 2 Measerung points without speed. 29.09.2004 Version V 04.94 ========================== 1.) TRAINING REF: Bug fixed. When connecting the Timy with the TED-RX, at this sequence an error occured: Timy is on, TED-RX is off, when you connect the two devices ==> channel 5 is pulled to LOW, which will be viewed as an timing impulse by the Timy. This bug has been fixed now. Notice: It is not allowed to switch the Timy off and on during the race. Switching off pulls the channel 5 to LOW, which will be view as an timing impuls. If it is required to switch the Timy off and on, please only when no competitor is on the race, and after this you have to press the CLR-button. 22.09.2002 Version V 04.93 ========================== 1.) TRAINING REF: Bug fixed At speed-measuring an addition range check has been built in. Range: 18 km/h <= Speed <= 180 km/h measuring time at 10 m distance 0,2s .. 2,0s Please note: The reference-run must be done correctly. 18.09.2004 Version V 04.91 ========================== 1.) TRACKTIMER: Now there are 4 modes: (GAZ = display board) --------------- a.) lane-mode (channel = lane): works with 8 GAZes, each has 7 digits lane 1 = channel 1 = GAZ 'A' (running time only on GAZ 'A') lane 2 = channel 2 = GAZ 'B' lane 3 = channel 3 = GAZ 'C' lane 4 = channel 4 = GAZ 'D' lane 5 = channel 5 = GAZ 'E' lane 6 = channel 6 = GAZ 'F' lane 7 = channel 7 = GAZ 'G' lane 8 = channel 8 = GAZ 'H' b.) rank-mode: works with 8 GAZes , each has 7 digits rank 1 = GAZ 'A' (running time only on GAZ 'A') rank 2 = GAZ 'B' rank 3 = GAZ 'C' rank 4 = GAZ 'D' rank 5 = GAZ 'E' rank 6 = GAZ 'F' rank 7 = GAZ 'G' rank 8 = GAZ 'H' c.) alternating-mode: works with 1 GAZ, which has 8 digits and no address. d.) standard-mode: as before If you enter a new startnumber and the green OK-button, a new race will be chosen. You can not change to a previous race in order to continue it. You can just scroll in the memory-window, if you have chosen a previous race. But then, the times are displayed in chronologic order only, and you can scroll through the whole race. There is only a ranking if the lanes are at the topical counter-state. For example if all swimmers are going to hit the first time the touch-pad, all runtimes are displayed at the 8 GAZes. But if the fastest swimmer hits the touchpad a second time, then only this runtime is visible on the GAZ, all other GAZes are blank. At a running race, you can scroll through the times only within the topical couunter-state. C0 is the start channel. After having pressed the channel 0, the race has started and channel cannot be pressed again. to c.) alternating-mode: If delaytime is zero, then the user have to press the red OK button, to scroll forward displaying the runtimes on the displayboard. If the delaytime is greater than zero (e.g. 3 s) than, the display board will show the runtime for 3 s, and scroll to the next runtime, if existing, otherwise the running time will be shown. At the GAZ the rank, lane and the time is shown. 2.) NEW PROGRAM: WINDSPEED -------------------------- This program is used with the new anemometer "WINDSPEED WS2". At this stage only one WS2 can be connected to the Timy. The Timy can be remoted by RS232 interface. Baudrate of RS232: 2400 Baud That means that the baudrate of WINDSPEED was automatically set to 2400 Baud. This value will not be saved in the EEPROM. If you change to another program, the old baurate is activated. Baudrate of RS485: 4800 Baud 3.) When an external power supply was connected to the Timy, the message "EXTERNAL POWER" appears for 1 second. If the output voltage is equal or lower than 9.8 V then, also "BATTERIES WILL NOT BE LOADED" will be displayed. 4.) At the end of a memory transmission (remote command "RSM") the following text is added to signalize that the transmission has been finished: " ALGE TIMING" " TIMY V 0481" "04-08-31 14:22" <-- current date and time This text will be transmitted over the RS232 and the USB interface. 07.07.2004 Version V 04.71 ========================== 1.) NEW PROGRAM: "TRAINING-REF" 2.) NEW LANGUAGE: Now the Timy can speak french. 3.) Power-Management was improved. 4.) STOPWATCH und -LITE: Second-Mode: On the RS232 port always prezeroes will be transmitted. Until now blanks has been sended at these locations 5.) SPEED: bug fixed: On the output of the runtimes on the RS232 port the runtimes are always marked with RT now. Until now they has been marked with e.g. LZ (according to the choosen language). 13.04.2004 Version V 04.42 ========================== 1.) Bug fixed: The daytime of the Timy goes exactly after 4 days 23h 18min 16,72s to 0:00:00.00 It has lost 42 min This error occurs only after 4 days 23 hours 18 minutes.
